I’ve has spent the last 18 years in private equity and venture capital as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager and Chief of Staff. I’ve supported Co-Founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, General Partners and high net worth individuals/families.

At seven and a half months pregnant, I had an unexpected change in employment and everything I believed that defined me ended in an instant. For almost two decades, I worked hard, earned trust, and built a reputation I was proud of. Suddenly, I was professionally untethered and felt lost.

With the support of my husband, I was fortunate to have a choice: go back to work or stay home full-time with our two kids. I defaulted to the familiar path: work. I interviewed and met incredible people along the way, but something was always missing. The roles didn’t align with this evolved version of me.

So I stopped chasing what I used to be and started redefining what I wanted next: to blend my personal passions with my professional aspirations. I let go of notions that didn’t serve me, reimagined my career, and leaned into my personal community. That is when I found the clarity to build Elevé Group.
